Warehouse & Yard Visitation Policy
Overview
At Pallets Liquidation Stores, we welcome serious buyers who wish to inspect our wholesale liquidation inventory before collection or delivery. To ensure efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, and the safety of our customers and staff, all warehouse and yard visits are subject to the following policy.
Appointment Requirement
Warehouse and yard visits are strictly by appointment only.
We do not accept walk-in visitors.
Customers who wish to inspect pallets before collection or delivery must contact our sales team to arrange a convenient appointment.
Order Commitment Requirement
To schedule a warehouse or yard inspection, customers must place an order and pay a minimum deposit of 50% of the total order value.
This deposit confirms your intention to purchase and allows us to:

Reserve your selected pallet(s)

Prepare your order for inspection

Prevent inventory from being sold to other customers
Warehouse visits cannot be scheduled without a confirmed order and the required deposit.
Deposit Policy
The 50% deposit is not an additional fee.
Your deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price.
The remaining balance must be paid before your order is collected or dispatched.
Reserved inventory will be held for a limited period (2-3)DAYS, subject to stock availability.
Visitor Guidelines
To maintain a safe working environment, all visitors must comply with the following rules:

Inventory Availability

While we make every effort to reserve your selected pallet, product availability may change before your order is confirmed.
Specific brands, quantities, or pallet types cannot be guaranteed until your order has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

No. Liquidation pallets are sold as complete lots. Some premium pallets may include a manifest (inventory list), while mystery pallets do not disclose every item.
5. Do your pallets come with a manifest?
Some pallets include a detailed manifest showing the products inside, estimated retail value, and quantities. Other pallets are sold as unmanifested or mystery pallets.
