We specialise in wholesale liquidation pallets, customer returns, overstock merchandise, shelf pulls, and surplus inventory.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before orders are processed, collected, or dispatched.
Accepted payment methods are detailed in our Payment Policy.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is identified before your order is processed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Estimated delivery generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Warehouse Visits

Warehouse inspections are available by appointment only.

To schedule a warehouse inspection, customers must:

Place an order.
Pay the required deposit as outlined in our Warehouse & Yard Visitation Policy.
Receive appointment confirmation from our sales team.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, many pallet sales are final unless the return qualifies under our policy or is required by applicable South African law.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

Accept or decline any order.
Cancel orders where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Request additional verification before processing certain orders.
Refuse transactions where pricing, inventory, or payment errors occur.

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped or collected, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pallets Liquidation Stores shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses.
Loss of business or profits.
Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or freight companies.
Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or use of purchased products after delivery.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
